A reinforced steel unibody forms the passenger cell — not a golf cart frame with doors bolted on. The 11.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate pack is the chemistry you want living in a garage: long cycle life, thermal stability, no cobalt, and roughly a fifth the lithium of a typical EV pack.

The ledger
The Mark3 is built for streets posted 35 mph or less. Here is what that means — both sides of it.
The Mark3 is not crash-tested like a highway car, and it has no airbags. Federal low-speed-vehicle rules require neither, and no published crash data exists for this vehicle. A steel body and four 3-point belts genuinely separate it from a golf cart with doors — they do not repeal the physics of a highway collision.
That is why the speed cap is the point, not the compromise: at 25 mph, stopping distances are short, reaction time is long, and the Mark3 stays on the slow streets it was engineered for. For the trips it serves, the honest alternatives are an open golf cart, a moped, or an e-bike in traffic — and against those, an enclosed, belted steel vehicle is the conservative choice.
The Wink Mark3 is a federally classified Low-Speed Vehicle. Street legal in most states on roads posted 35 mph or less. Not street legal on public roads in New York. Some states restrict or do not permit LSVs — always check your state and local laws.
Ownership
Any local mechanic can service a Wink. We ship the parts overnight, support the technician, and pay the shop directly for warranty work.
How it works →A 24-month / 12,000-mile vehicle warranty and a 4-year prorated battery warranty.** Battery coverage asks one thing of you: a documented annual battery inspection.
**Published battery terms currently differ between Wink’s product and warranty pages; that figure is from the product page. Confirm the battery terms before purchase.
What’s covered →Plug into a standard 110V wall outlet — or 220V if you have it. 30% to 80% in about four hours, roughly a dollar per full charge. No wallbox, no rewiring.
White or Powder Blue. Configure your Mark3 and reserve it online — no haggling, no pressure.
